Growing up, music was integral with my daily life. Days started with the radio dial being tuned to my favorite station that was playing the songs that fit my mood for that day. As an expressive form for social outlet, I used the music world and popular songs of the day to express the feelings and reactions to my world for which I had no words.
Music inspired my entire generation to motivate for social and political causes. Religion in that day used music to proselytize their doctrine or to bring sinners to either a state of euphoric bliss or repentant sorrowful remorse.
